At With Love Healing, energy cleansing is offered as a gentle, supportive way to help your space or personal items feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned. These sessions are created with care and intention, honoring both the energy of the environment and the people who move through it.

 

Using Usui Reiki, Reiki symbols, healing crystals, and soft smoke cleansing, I work to release stagnant or heavy energy and invite a renewed sense of balance, clarity, and flow. The intention is not to “fix,” but to gently clear what no longer serves—allowing your space to feel more grounded, peaceful, and supportive.

 

Each session may include:

• Healing crystals chosen for clearing, grounding, and gentle protection

• Reiki symbols to support energetic release and encourage harmony

• Usui Reiki to restore balance and promote lasting energetic ease

• Light smoke cleansing (such as incense or ethically sourced herbs) to softly refresh the energetic environment

 

Together, these elements create a calm, grounded atmosphere that holds rest, clarity, and a sense of renewal. Energy cleansing and grounding can be offered in person or from a distance, depending on what feels best for you:

• In-person sessions allow me to work directly within your space or with your personal items.

• Distance sessions are performed remotely and include a thoughtful follow-up with insights and gentle recommendations.
