My Path
I first discovered Reiki a few years ago, at a time when I was just beginning my spiritual journey. Deep down, I always sensed there was something greater guiding me—something I longed to connect with. During a challenging chapter in my life, I was searching for release, clarity, and a fresh perspective. As I explored different paths and connected with others who shared similar interests, I was invited to join a shamanic class. There, I began learning about my spirit guides, and it opened a doorway within me. That experience sparked a deeper curiosity about healing and the many ways energy supports our well-being. After receiving several Reiki sessions myself and feeling layers of old energy gently lift—things I hadn’t even realized I was carrying—I knew this was a path I was meant to follow. I felt called to it, and that calling led me to pursue my Reiki training. Reiki has transformed me in profound ways. It has brought me calm, helped me embrace life as it unfolds, and taught me to appreciate myself and others with a softer, more open heart. It continues to guide my growth, my healing, and the work I now share through With Love Healing. I believe healing is a gentle journey of the heart. Through intentional nurturing care, I offer services that support balance and harmony within your natural energy flow—rooted in the healing Reiki has brought me. With love, Melissa Credentials: I am a certified Reiki Practitioner, trained through Insight Holistic Health in Branchburg, NJ, where I completed Level I and Level II Reiki training. My practice follows the traditional Japanese lineage of Reiki and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, grounded in respect for energy, intuition, and the interconnectedness of all things. In addition to Reiki, I hold certifications in Crystal Healing through the Life Changing Energy Academy. My personal journey also weaves in Shamanic practices, studied and nurtured through TrueHeart Healing in Glen Ridge, NJ. Fully insured with professional and general liability protection for client peace of mind, and accredited by the International Reiki Organization.
