Virtual Reiki
Remote Session via Zoom
Service Description
Virtual Reiki (Remote Reiki) offers a calm, supportive way to receive gentle energy care—wherever you are. This 1-hour session allows you to rest in your own familiar space while Reiki is shared with intention, presence, and care. Before we begin, we’ll connect briefly to check in, discuss anything you’d like to focus on, and set a simple intention together. You’ll then relax comfortably as Reiki is offered through focused intention and traditional Reiki practices. There is nothing you need to do or feel—simply allow yourself to relax and receive. Many people describe the experience as bringing a sense of steadiness, ease, and quiet restoration. After the session, we’ll reconnect to reflect on anything you noticed, share insights if they arise, and allow space for gentle integration. Virtual Reiki may support: • Releasing stress and emotional tension • Deep rest and mental calm • Emotional balance and a greater sense of ease • Grounding and energetic harmony • Overall relaxation and well-being Remote Reiki may be helpful for those who: • Are seeking grounding or clarity from afar • Feel emotionally or energetically overwhelmed • Live full, busy lives and need a moment of calm • Feel sensitive or empathic and appreciate gentle energetic support • Want to experience Reiki without traveling Reiki can meet you near or far—with the same intention and care. Wear comfortable clothing, stay hydrated, and allow yourself time to rest afterward as you settle back into your day. Optional add-on services: - Crystal Healing - Combines the support of crystals with Reiki. A crystal pendulum is used to check the energy flow around each chakra and identify areas that may benefit from additional attention. Carefully selected crystals are then infused with Reiki energy to complement your session’s intention. This gentle combination can help deepen relaxation, encourage energetic balance, and create a more focused and immersive healing experience. - Tuning Fork Energy Balancing - During the session, tuning forks may be used to help clear and balance the energy within the aura. Weighted tuning forks may also be placed on or near specific chakra points to bring focused attention to areas that may benefit from additional energetic support. Before your session, you’ll receive an intake form by email to complete ahead of time. From my heart to yours.
