Reiki & Tuning Fork Energy Balancing

Service Description

Experience the calming combination of Reiki and therapeutic tuning forks in this personalized 90-minute session designed to support deep relaxation, grounding, and energetic balance. Your session begins with a brief conversation to explore your needs, set an intention, and ensure you feel comfortable throughout the experience. We’ll begin with the gentle resonance of a Tibetan singing bowl, followed by a personalized sequence of tuning forks played around the body and near the ears. Tuning forks may also be placed on or near select chakra points, depending on your needs and comfort level. The session then transitions into a relaxing Reiki treatment. Reiki provides a quiet space to rest, release tension, and reconnect with yourself, allowing you to settle into a deeper state of relaxation and stillness. Your experience concludes with calming sound and grounding techniques, followed by quiet time to rest and integrate. Each session is thoughtfully personalized to your needs and comfort level. No previous experience with Reiki or tuning forks is necessary—just come as you are, get comfortable, breathe, and allow yourself to receive.
