In-Person Reiki

Service Description

During this 1-hour in-person session, Reiki is offered through gentle hand placements, either lightly touching or hoovering the body. Reiki is not a massage; it is a gentle, energy-based practice intended to support relaxation, grounding, and energetic balance. Each experience begins with a brief check-in to explore your needs, set an intention, and create a grounded, welcoming atmosphere. As you relax, Reiki is guided throughout the session, creating space to release tension, settle the mind, and reconnect with yourself. Your session concludes with a gentle return to awareness and quiet time to rest and integrate the experience. Benefits may include: • Deep relaxation and stress relief • Emotional balance and a greater sense of calm • A feeling of energetic harmony and grounding • Support for restful sleep and mental clarity • A greater sense of overall well-being Reiki may be supportive for: • Those seeking stress relief or emotional balance • Individuals looking for grounding or clarity • People navigating change or feeling overwhelmed • Those feeling emotionally or energetically drained • Busy individuals who need a calming reset • Anyone looking to support their overall wellness • Highly sensitive or empathic individuals seeking support Optional add-on services: - Crystal Healing - Combine the support of crystals with Reiki. This combination can help create a more focused and immersive healing experience. - Tuning Fork Energy Balancing - Tuning forks can be added to your Reiki session to complement the energetic work with sound and vibration.
