This offering was created with full schedules and sensitive nervous systems in mind—allowing energy to meet you gently, wherever you are. There’s nothing you need to prepare or change. You may rest, work, or move through your day as usual while Reiki is shared with intention and care. Every experience is valid, whether you notice subtle shifts right away or feel the effects unfold gradually over time. This session may feel especially supportive for: • Those moving through busy or demanding days • Sensitive, intuitive, or empathic individuals • Anyone seeking calm, balance, and energetic support from home After your session is complete, you’ll receive a thoughtful follow-up message including chakra insights, intuitive reflections, and gentle suggestions to support your ongoing well-being. Available as an add-on service, crystal healing combines the support of crystals with Reiki. A crystal pendulum is used to check the energy flow around each chakra and identify areas that may benefit from additional attention. Carefully selected crystals are then infused with Reiki energy to complement your session’s intention.
