This offering was created with full schedules and sensitive nervous systems in mind—allowing energy to meet you gently, wherever you are. There’s nothing you need to prepare or change. You may rest, work, or move through your day as usual while Reiki is shared with intention and care. Every experience is valid, whether you notice subtle shifts right away or feel the effects unfold gradually over time. This session may feel especially supportive for: • Those moving through busy or demanding days • Sensitive, intuitive, or empathic individuals • Anyone seeking calm, balance, and energetic support from home After your session is complete, you’ll receive a thoughtful follow-up message including chakra insights, intuitive reflections, and gentle suggestions to support your ongoing well-being.
