You may rest, work, or move through your day as usual while Reiki is shared with intention and care. You don’t need to be in a particular position or create a special environment to receive. Every experience is unique—whether you notice subtle shifts right away or feel the effects unfold gradually over time. This offering may feel especially supportive for: • Those moving through busy or demanding days • Sensitive, intuitive, or empathic individuals • Anyone seeking calm, balance, and gentle energetic support from home • Those who prefer to receive Reiki without a scheduled appointment or video call After your session is complete, you’ll receive a thoughtful follow-up message with chakra insights, intuitive reflections, and gentle suggestions to support your ongoing well-being. Busy Lives Distance Reiki offers a simple way to make space for yourself—even when life is full. Optional add-on services: - Crystal Healing - Combines the support of crystals with Reiki. A crystal pendulum is used to check the energy flow around each chakra and identify areas that may benefit from additional attention. Carefully selected crystals are then infused with Reiki energy to complement your session’s intention. This gentle combination can help deepen relaxation, encourage energetic balance, and create a more focused and immersive healing experience. - Tuning Fork Energy Balancing - During the session, tuning forks may be used to help clear and balance the energy within the aura. Weighted tuning forks may also be placed on or near specific chakra points to bring focused attention to areas that may benefit from additional energetic support.
